Nicole Barker

Nicole has always had a passion for all things beauty and hair. Her career as a hairdresser started 11 years ago when she attended International Academy of Style for Cosmetology. After graduating she went on to assist and work behind the chair before she decided to take a leap and move to Los Angeles to experience the industry further.

She worked in a small boutique salon in the heart of Beverly Hills where she quickly mastered how to properly style and blow dry. Styling became her main focus while working in LA as she assisted for a number of celebrity stylists. She eventually made her way back to Reno where she settled into a new salon and she continued to further her education with Redken Color, Pureology Cutting and Platinum Seamless Extensions Certifications.

After a few great years, she made her move to Hello Darling when the doors opened. She worked 5 wonderful years with the Darlings which allowed her to take her education, understanding and respect of hair even further. Once the opportunity to open Seven31 on Forest became a reality, she said goodbye to the Darlings and started the next adventure!

Currently she works with Wella Color and has a passion for creating beautiful, seamless color; blondes being a definite favorite. In the last 5 years, she has taken a number of courses including: Oribe Styling and Product Knowledge, Nine Zero One's 2-day All About Blondes, Oribe's Signature Cutting Class, Hattori Hanzo Pixie Cutting Class, DJ Muldoon's 2-day Hands on Cutting, Wella Color Knowledge, 2 Beauty Coach Courses and a Great Lengths Extensions Certification.

She prides herself in the quality of her work and maintaining the integrity of her clients hair. With her continuous amount of experience and education, she has gained an extensive amount of knowledge and respect for the industry over the years and strives to learn more with each new experience.

Haley Brooks

Haley is a born and raised Northern Nevadan and a UNR graduate. Her passion for hair came at a very early age, and after obtaining a bachelor’s degree in business, she made her way down to San Diego to start her cosmetology career. She had over seven years of experience and continuing education working in premier salons in San Diego and Las Vegas before moving back to Reno where she landed at Hello Darling salon. In the last five years at Hello Darling, she had the opportunity to expand her expertise and knowledge in hair dressing with several courses including: Wella Color Knowledge, DJ Muldoon’s 2-day Hands on Cutting, Oribe Styling and Product Knowledge, Hattori Hanzo Pixie and Bob Cutting, Beauty Coach Tour, and Oribe Signature Cutting. Her fresh and youthful works are built on the fundamentals she mastered at the elite Paul Mitchell the School, San Diego as well as the countless advanced education classes she has attended over the course of her 12-year career.

Haley specializes in various blonding techniques including hair painting and balayage, upstyling for weddings and events, women’s and men’s haircutting, and styling curly hair. Her favorite part about being a hair stylist is making her clients feel confident and beautiful.

Alongside her love for hair, Haley loves spending time with her husband and three young children, traveling to new places, playing in the great outdoors, drinking a good cup of coffee, and laughing as much as possible.

Hannah Cline

Hannah has been a stylist in Reno for over a decade. Throughout her career she has had extensive training in various blonding techniques and considers that her specialty. She is also proficient in precision cutting and is well known for her short women’s cuts. She finds inspiration in everyday trends, but also has a deep appreciation for classic styles.

Amy Edmonds

Amy has been in the industry for 10 years. She truly respects the craft and stays inspired by continuing advanced education. Over the years she has taken courses with Vidal Sassoon Education, Nick Arrojo, The Business of Balayage, Great Lengths Extensions, Wella, Hatori Hanzo, and Oribe.

At just 18, she began her training at Paul Mitchell. After working as a stylist in Reno for 4 years, she moved to the Bay Area where she worked independently as a freelance hair and makeup artist for 2 years.

Amy returned to Reno and joined the talented stylists of Hello Darling where she met Nicole! She is excited for her transition to Seven31onForest and is honored to continue working with some of the women who have inspired her so much over the last couple years.

Lauren Rotter

Lauren has been in the cosmetology industry since 2006 when she graduated from the International Academy of Style. Within the last 10 years she has attended extensive continuing education courses where she received hands on experience and product knowledge with brands such as Redken, Oribe, Pureology and Wella of which she currently uses. Previous to Seven31onForest Lauren worked with the lovely crew at Hello Darling and Salon Platinum where she attended a Beauty Coach Tour, two Redken symposiums and more. Her passions include styling for weddings and special events + getting choppy with mens cuts.

Victoria Palladino

Victoria Palladino is the co-founder of Darshan. She is the author of Emotional Freedom, a real estate professional and a meditation guide. Victoria was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and resides in Reno, NV. In 2003, she embarked on a spiritual journey to India where she lived in an ashram for 10 years. She attributes her understanding of the emotional body and her own transformation to her inner exploration during her years in India. She now shares with others the tools she discovered to support them in their spiritual transformation and emotional freedom. She has two daughters and three adorable grandsons.
