Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to us and we understand that life happens! When booking your appointment, we will hold a credit card on file and d doing so you agree to these terms.
In the event that you may need to change or cancel your appointment, we will be happy to assist you! To ensure we have time to offer the opening to other clients, please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment to make any changes or to cancel.
When given 24 hours notice or less, you will be charged 50% of your appointment value. In the event that we do not hear from you, the appointment will be deemed as a no show and you will be charged 100% of the appointment value.

Return policy
Seven31 on Forest will return any retail products purchased within 10 days of the original purchase date, for any reason. The return will be an exchange only, no cash value will be given.
If you have a defective product or the packaging is damaged we will contact the distributor on your behalf to see if an exchange is possible through the distributing company.
Gift Certificates
All gift certificates purchased from Seven31 on Forest are non-refundable and are valid for salon retail only. Certificates are valid for up to one year from the date of purchase.
If you would like to purchase gift certificates for a service provider, that must be done separate from Seven31 on Forest. A gift certificate issued by Seven31 on Forest is NOT redeemable for any hair or skincare services in the salon.
dissatisfaction of services
It is our number one priority to make sure that our clientele is satisfied with their service and experience at Seven31 on Forest. In the event that you are not pleased, please let your service provider or the salon know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your appointment.
Each service provider at Seven31 on Forest is an independent contractor and it is up to their discretion how they would like to handle a corrective service. It is important to contact them or the salon within 48 hours if you are unhappy with your service.
Please keep in mind, when going through a color correction or if you have previously colored your own hair, this may result in needing more than one service to achieve your desired look. Maintaining the integrity of our clients hair is our top priority!
right to refuse service
Seven31 on Forest reserves the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate or aggressive behavior towards any employee or service provider of the salon.
privacy
Any information collected by Seven31 on Forest is kept private and only used if necessary to contact you for any information regarding an appointment or transaction. Thank you for respecting our policies and your cooperation in handling our books!
